VC Web Design was formed in 1995 by Vince Chmielewski while attending the University of Michigan for computer science. It began as a way to play with new web technologies. The first, and still existing, client was Patrick Adams Photograhpy. Since then, it has grown into a company currently serving over 30 small businesses and individuals.
