About VC Web Design

VC Web Design is full service web company founded in 1995 and located in Ypsilanti, Michigan, just outside Ann Arbor. We offer a variety of web services, including design, hosting, maintenance, and marketing. Our focus is on outstanding customer service and technical excellence.

Site Design Methodology

VC Web Design believes in designing sites that are attractive, functional, accessible (508 compliant), and standards compliant (W3C). We use current standards for HTML, CSS, and Javascript coding. Our development process separates functionality from appearance, which simplifies future maintenance and modifications. Our sites are cross-browser and cross-platform compatible. We understand the importance of content and usability.

The Team

Vince Chmielewski is the owner of VC Web Design and a senior application developer at the University of Michigan Medical School. He has a BS in computer science from the University of Michigan and a MBA from the New York Institute of Technology. Vince has been in the IT industry for 19 years, nine with U of M. His primary focus is application development with Java and PHP using Oracle and MySQL.

Barbara Rambold is a graphic designer and photographer with VC Web Design. She has a BFA in graphic design and photography from Eastern Michigan University.

Rachel Kelly is a marketing consultant with VC Web Design and directs sales and marketing for Timberland Partners Ann Arbor. She studied Anthropology and Psychology at Eastern Michigan University. She began her experience in marketing as an entrepreneur in the equestrian field. Rachel specializes in analyzing, developing, and maximizing market strategy.

Jassin is the new intern from Germany.
